Cell C cutting Netflix

I used to be on Rain network and Netflix worked fine. I switched to Cell C due to better internet speed, but that was a bad decision. Netflix doesn't always works. I tried on different devices and still no luck. Other apps (Dstv, YouTube) work perfectly fine. I contacted Netflix and they advised there is no issue on their side and that it's my ISP throttling me. I contacted Cell C and they told me I should sign and indemnity form to have unrestricted APN, which by the way will compromise my security. I wouldn't recommend Cell C to anyone who wants to stream Netflix. Rain has poor speed but at least Netflix always works.

Thank you for contacting Cell C.

Feedback on the reference number that you provided, shows that you were contacted and advised to contact our Technical Department.

Did you make contact with this Department?

I was not "advised to contact the Technical department". The Cell C rep took my number on 05 September and said the Technical department will contact me but the never did. When I followed up on 16 September as to why I still haven't been contacted, I was then asked to provide my email address, which I did, and that's when I was sent a document to sign for unrestricted APN.

In case the public is wondering if I ever got s call as promised by Cellc or if issue was resolved, the answer is NO. Three months down the line I'm still waiting for that call and Netflix still an issue. Cellc sucks big time and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
