Cell C customers service and their agents is the worst company to business with.

I had 4 contracts with Cell C, their service became very poor. I have stopped renewing/upgrading my contracts. Two of my contracts ended with no problems, my 3rd contract ended with several mails between myself and Cell C for different debited from my account, these amounts were later refunded by Cell C. My 4th account with Cell C ended in August 2023, from there on it went to prepaid. At the end of November 2023 i have notified Cell C that i want to end the prepaid contract in December 2023 and that my last debit order my debited on the 31 December 2023. A Cell C agent called me on the 6th December 2023 to cancelled my contract, she confirmed that my account would be debited with R350.00 at the end of December 2023 and that i will be able to used my data till 31 December 2023. On the 7th December 2023 my contract was cancelled and i had no data. I query this on email to Cell C the 7th December as what happened to my account and what the Cell C agent informed was totally different. The same agent phone me again and told me that she told me that my contract would be cancelled on the 7th, when i told her she lying she must listen the telephone conversation where she confirmed that my contract would come to an end on the 31st of December 2023. She went on and informed me that my bank account would be debited for the small amount of data that i have used and wont be debited for R350,00. On the 31st of December 2023 my bank account was debited with R350,00 which i reversed as it contradict what the Cell C agent told me. On the 31st January a debit order of R68,55 went of bank account from Cell C which i accepted for the data that i have used for the few days in December 2023. In the beginning of February 2024 i received an account statement from Cell C where is an amount of R70,00 for Failed Debit Order Penalty Fee. Why must i pay penalty fee for debit order which i reversed because of the amount on the debit order was wrong. Cell C went marked this reversed debit order on my credit score as R340, 00 and it affected my credit rating. I have query it with Cell C and their response was that it is a penalty fee. Its obvious that Cell C customer service didn't read my mails or listen to the telephone conversations between myself and their agent. At the end of February 2024 Cell C will debit my bank account with R70,00 which i will revers and will be charged another penalty fee of R70,00 which bring the total of penalty fees to R140,00 which they will try and debit again in March and and my credit rating will drop because of Cell C customer service and their agents.
