Cell-C Customer Support - NONE

Absolutely shocking customer support. I bought data bundles for multiple cell-c sims for work at home PC's. By accident one sim received 2 data bundles, which I would like to transfer one to another sim card. The call center said sorry nothing they can do even though they tried telling me it is possible to transfer data but only 1GB at a time. NOT WHAT I asked. So credit the one bundle and I'll repurchase it on the other sim. How hard can this be?!
