Cell C Customer service Terrible!

Worst service ever, account paid up, got a statement January 2023 that account is paid up, Now get a statement where payment made is no longer on and even more than it was before we paid. Mailed the proof to all their mail adresses, but no reply, just keep phoning that we still owe them where it was paid. Seriously!
