Cell C customer service shocking
I have a contract with cell c and every month they are supposed to debit my account with my monthly amount, this happened in Jan and Feb and from March just stopped, I have not changed bank accounts and I have sent numerous emails with no response or solution.
I would like to now cancel and I don't want to pay in penalties or the balance of my contract as if they can't just debit me monthly then I don't seem to understand why I want to have my contract with them.
There is always sufficient funds in my account on the 1st so that can't be the excuse but I have called numerous times and numerous emails with no feedback or resolution.
The customer service is shocking.

Can they confirm that if I don't get a response when can I go ahead and cancel my contract.
