Cell C Customer service pathetic!!!!!

Phoning CELL C customer service is really pathetic. 2 calls, NO HELP. I called the lady was on the phone with me for 20 minutes where she said... I will put you through to customer service...... I was like so what are you. I called ur customer service. Then I phone customer service and tell them I want to speak to Customer service! The guy listen to everything, give me different details of what the lady told me... and when he realised he couldn't get the answers, he also said. I need to put you through to customer service. when he did the call was cut! 35 minutes wasted and nothing resolved!
