Cell C customer service non existing

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with Cell C and your staff, you contacted me to do the above upgrade on my account which I have had with you since 2013, I agreed and we agreed that the z flip 4 was the way to go so as long as it was a duel sim phone all was good go ahead was given, the said phone arrived incorrectly supp**** a single sim phone, j contacted the call centre Monday 21st Nov to advise the incorrect phone supp**** and was given a ref *** where ram couriers would collect the incorrect phone and a new one would be supp****, 23rd Nov Ram collected the phone and I waited patiently for my replacement, Monday 28th I phone explained the whole story again and was promised this would be sorted out ref ***, today 2 Dec I phone in to find out what was happening only to be told the whole processed upgrade has been cancelled, well if that how you operate and treat your long standing customers I will take it as a sign time to change to an alternative supplier. Thank you for shocking service
