Cell C Customer service non existent
What a sham Cell C is. I have been trying to find out why my account is being debited each and every month for a contract I never asked or signed for, since the 6 May 2021. It took until the 2 August to get some actual response from Cell C, with promises to repay me since 2 September. The refund was allegedly approved on the 10th September, with 5-7 working days to repay, but guess what, still nothing?? Now I get no response at all to messages. SHAME on you Cell C! How many other people are you doing this to?
