Cell c customer service is the worst

I would just like to vent and say that cell c customer service agents are the worst when providing a service really the agen that assisted me I don't even recall her name so frustrated I am right now... I just called in earlier to have my mother's cell number blocked as she was just hijacked on the bus home where they stole several other people's cellphones and belongings.... They mentioned I cannot be assisted as I am not the owner of the cellphone... I then left work to hurry home to let my mom call and suspend her own number.... They then advised they cannot assist her as she doesn't remember the last number she called or the ime number of her cellphone I mean they did not even want to ask relevant security questions they just advised they can't help..... I see people's cell numbers get Sim swapped everyday as I am myself a call center agent working for the bank they do not care about their clients at all which really sucks as we have loved being part of cell c but we will not be supporting them any longer due to the bad bad service received..... No wonder peoples cell numbers gets Sim swapped because cell c does not want to assist I am highly disappointed
