CELL C customer service is terrible can't even assist in geting wifi caling working

Trying to the whole morning to get wifi calling service going on the new contract from cell c 3 calls to the service center and no luck just sms to activate it on the phone and I must buy wifi calling Bundel but cant find where to but it what cellc website tells you " Purchase a Wi-Fi Calling bundle that offers an unlimited calling and SMSing experience when you are on Wi-Fi. Simply dial *147# and select option 4 to purchase the bundle. " cant find Bundel on *147# or on the cellc app
