Cell C customer Service is rude
Cell C legal and Customer service are rude, arrogant and ***********. they should all be fired. its best to not have any customer service than to have these useless people hanging up the call and being rude. if i dont want to confirm anything it is my legal right i may be protecting myself from Cell C ***** and ****.

With regards to confirming your details when you are asked security questions, you have to answer because the consultant is following a security process to protect your details from ***** and by not answering or failing your security questions the consultant cannot disclose or provide a service from that account.
