CELL C CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC
I app**** for a Number Change with Cell C on Tuesday. I was told it takes about 2 days. I have called in numerous times and have been told the matter has been"flagged", "escalated" etc. The Customer Service dept cannot contact "back-office", so I am at the mercy of some *********** person dragging his/her feet on my application. I had a number especially terminated early with Vodacom to change a cell contract. Now long weekend ahead. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
