Cell c customer service is appalling

Since receiving my Upgrade on Tuesday via courier i have called through 5 times to have my sim swapped from a Micro to a Nano which came with the phone.<br> <br> I was informed that the correct department would contact me in 3 to 4 hours which is fine. Initial call was after 11am 22/07/2015.<br> <br> I have since been waiting for this department to call me and every time i call through to get answers i get the same response, i should either be patient and someone will call me back shortly even though I have been waiting more than 24 Hours..<br> <br> this is not acceptable, Not one person i have chatted to can assist me and i have to just wait on something that may potentially never happen.
