Cell C CUSTOMER SERVICE is abysmal

Cell C CUSTOMER SERVICE is abysmal , I sent proof of payment to them to different emails to team leaders included they do not talk to you I had to phone them several times and them they put the phone down instead of helping, When I got tired of the shockingly bad service I asked for the escalation email they gave me a bogus email instead.

For a Mega business the level of customers service is inexcusable, there incompetence is shocking.
