Cell C customer service ****. Stay away from them

Hi there. Cell C phoned me in December wanting to sell me a Wifi Modem with 20gig data for R199. Thought it was a great deal and was keen on taking it. So i asked the lady more than once are you sure I will be getting 20gig data anytime. And her response was yes. So i took the contract to only realize i am only getting 5gig day and 5 gig midnight data, So I phoned to rectify this problem. Nothing came from it. They did phone me once I think but the problem was not resolved. I did see they bumped me up to 10gig day and 10gig midnight data but is still not what they promised. I have phoned and logged complaints a few times now and they say the will get back to me but they don't.I have even asked for the recording of the original conversation a few times and they always have a excuse on why they cannot. I even said play the recording back on the phone which they said they could but also did not come back to me. I have been a client for 16 years now and this is utterly ridiculous. I want to cancel this contract and go with a different service provider as they are useless. Been paying for something that I did not agree to. Please stay away from Cell C
