CELL C CUSTOMER SERVICE
I HAVE 3 CONTRACTS WITH CELL C FOR MANY EARS! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO SO POOR. YOU SPEAK TO VARIOUS CONSULTANTS OVER AND OVER AND NOBODY EVER WLL RESPONSE ON WHAT THEY PROMISE. SINCE AUGUST 2022 I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UPGRADE. I VISITED 4 SEPARTE SHOPS AND EACH ONE HAD ANOTHER STORY. I WILL HAVE NO OPTION AS TO CANCEL IN DUE COURSE
