CELL C CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTRE WORST SERVICE

I have recently contacted the cell call centre to do swim swap for me. The lady is spoke is a lady called Princess who is very unprofessional and very rude and just hanged up on me how rude is that. I explained my situation that I am a cell customer and I use a different number for my wats up number and that is the number I need assistance on. Told her her that it's a data sim. she asked me what was the last number I dialled , rite there it shows that listening is not a s**** to her. I have stated so many times that I am using that number for data. she did not want to hear and said I must go to cell c store. What annoys me is that she just dropped the phone in my ear. WHAT a bad service and attitude from a consultant who is supposed to be helping people with queries NO Patience and rude most of the time.
