Cell C customer service

The most useless people I have ever dealt with. I have been contacting them almost everyday trying to resolve the issue they created. First it was a system issue, then it was another department and the list goes on. I ask to speak to team leaders or managers but they are always in a meeting. So I guess meetings are more important than customers. I am hoping someone who actually cares about customer service responds but I am not holding my breath. I will never deal with cell c again, even if they are the only provider in SA
