Cell C Customer service
Dont bother to call Cell C customer care. They dont call back, the operators cannot help you and are not very keen to help. They dont care about their customers whatsoever It is a useless company

27 Jan 2021, 15:03I am a Cell C customer for the past 8 years. Because of financial trouble they switched off their towers about 3 weeks ago WITHOUT informing their customers. Their contract phone customers are to roam with Vodacom. In my area is NO Vodacom coverage and I cannot receive or make any calls or access the internet. I called their customer care service a few times without any success. Will Cell C compensate me for the time that I paid for service that I did not get. I dont think so. I tried their technical service but have to hold on and listen to some stupid music without someone answering. My phone is not connected on the network or their roaming network and their opperators cannot help me.
A very disappointed and angry customer.

28 Jan 2021, 16:06Useless, useless, useless. That's the logo of cell c. Dont try and get any response from them. They do not have the know how to help a customer. Give you an reference number and tells you to wait 48 hours. Why? They hope that the problem would have solved itself after 48 hours as they do not know what to do. That happened to me. It is long past 48 hours and useless has not contact me.
