<p>I am so glad I have a recording software on my phone. I have been holding for 13:39 min for customer care, and someone picked up te phone but never answered. I could here all the conversation they were having in the background and the laughing. and when they finally realised that they had a customer holding for soo long on the line, they dropped the phone!!!</p>

This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers.
We will address this matter with the customer care manager and action to have this kind of behaviour will be taken.
