Cell C Customer Service

I have been with Cell C for over 10 years and it's the same thing everytime you call. They have staff that cannot speak English properly and then they behave like they are doing you a favour by assisting you. This is their job, I don't understand why contact centers would employ people of this caliber! I spoke to an agent on the 30th of Jan 2024 and once again, she was unable to help. I asked to be put through to a manager and she placed me on hold for more than an hour and a half, this was until the call dropped when I entered an elevator or I would have still been on hold! I then spoke with another user who re-opened a case for me and gave me a reference number. I asked the agent to put my contact number in the notes for the next agent to call me AND YET AGAIN, THEY CALL THE WRONG NUMBER WHICH IS NOT ON MY PHONE! I called back again today (31 Jan 2024) & spoke to an agent named Kgomotso from a JHB contact center and instead of assisting me, she drops the call on me while I'm speaking because she says "****" is a valugar word.

Cell C, the customer service you have is APPALLING!!!! You guys need to seriously consider hiring people with proper work ethic, that has customer service experience and that CAN SPEAK FLUINT ENGLISH!
