Cell C Customer Service

After contacting Cell C Customer Service number I am disgusted in the service I received...Habing to be put on hold and then each consultant I speak to drops the call half way through the conversation as they do not know how to resolve..so instead of them escalating its easier to get put the phone down on the customer...This is beyond frustrating...Worst Call Centre I have ever dealt with....and still my query not resolved because nobody competent enough to assist me!
