<p>customer service is non existant, </p> <p>what a terrible experience, totally unhelpful and rude</p> <p>keep you on hold for long period of time and then still unresolved</p> <p>tried entire weekend and again on monday now waiting 9 minutes to speak to team leader. manager not available. Pathetic!!!</p>
