Cell C Customer *******

I had a 24month contract with Cell- C which included a phone, data +airtime. When the contract ended, I called in to cancel it. But was given an offer of 12months contract that does not include a device meaning another phone. The mutual payment agreement was R29 a month which includes data, smses + airtime only. That was in April 2017. After the agreement I noticed irregular amounts debited on my bank account, cell c was debiting R99,99 instead of R29. Then I contacted them, they assured it was going to fixed, though they continued with this irregular debit amount. I called again to cancel the contract, and was convinced it been fixed n fewill never happen again, the contract continued. It is really a nightmare, now they debit my account with different amounts, sometimes is R135 and sometimes R69. This is really inconvinient and iligitimate, I need help to stop this contract and all the recordings of the phone calls made with them to be investigated. I also request to have all the monies debited *******ly and bank charges, including: (reversal and insufficient funds charges)to be returned into my bank account.
