Cell C customer care is terrible

Cell C has the worst customer service! Their sim cards are constantly getting damaged regardless if there are updates or not and over periods shorter then 3months! Whats worse is when you call to do a sim swap they say you are blocked on the system which forces you to go to the store and pay double the amount to do the same thing!
