CELL C CUSTOMER CARE

Good day,

My father has a contract with Cell C for 3 of his cell phones, he did the payment and submitted the proof of payment however my mum's phone is still currently blocked and they have said we did not do the payment. This is becoming frustrating and we do believe in doing this and tarnishing any company's name. This I feel has gone too far. In an emergency how is she supposed to get ahold of anyone? Cell C has really dropped the ball and if this is not resolved we are going to take this further to consumer watch.
