Cell c customer care do not know how to assist !

Trying to change bank details for over a year system error on cell c side and no one ever phones you back to try and help!! Seems no one knows what to do or how to do it! Still uses old bank account and I told them it no longer exists and gave the new info probably 50 times already. Still waiting for a call from them!
