cell c csurance unable to process a claim not answering. not reliable

<p>this is my first ever claim with csurance but it seems the service is unreliable ive been unable to speak to anyone at this place i held for 1 hour and have been on the phone the whole time but they can take their money and sms me all the time i currently have no phone dont know who else to speak to cause the shop says they have nothing to do with claims yet the lady helped me set this up i have all my supporting documents i will reverse the upcoming debt order since i am not happy to pay for something i cant use</p> <p>this service is not reliable</p>
