Cell c cry for 1 sent because they cant do they work.

Can you believe that i have to pay them 1 sent on my account before they can close it, and with these high petrol prices, i have to drive R80 petrol to pay the 1 sent. And i had a dibit order when the dibit my accou t, and now because the financial department did not do they work i have pay 1 sent to them and have to go in to a store to pay it. How can i pay them 1 cent if you only get 5 cents, then they will own me 4 cent back, come on cellc give me a answer for these.
