Cell C ******

My wife has been with Cell C for over 15years and recently was contacted by CellC consultant and after informing them not to upgrade the month to month contract they did the opposite and now they informed her that they cannot cancel it and must pay the term amount to cancel. She even emailed the ********** department but no response Cell C has become a bunch of ****** and words can't describe what I want to say. How can I get this matter resolved as she not does not want to have anything to do with Cell C for various other reasons as well.
