Cell C ****** debiting my bank account for tablets I don't have!!!!

<p>I phoned Cell C and app**** for a special they had for a smart phone and a tablet early November and was promised a delivery before the 26/11/2016 as that was the dated I need the phone and tablet for.</p> <p>On the 28/11/2016 I signed for delivery of 2 boxes, I was in a hurry for a meeting and couldn't check the boxes. 2 hours later I check the boxes and found that both boxes contain the tablets and not the smat hone as per their special. I called Cell C more the 5 times within 2 days to report the incorrect delivery. I was ignored until i cancelled the contract. Eventually on the 06/12/2016 the 2 tablets were collected but I hve been debited an amount of R109.00 from the end of December. I need this to be cancelled immediately and my account refunded to what's due to me..... I will never deal with Cell C again and everybody should be warned!!!!!!!</p>
