CELL C ******!!

Guys,

Cell C is the most ********* corporate I have ever had to deal with!! My words cannot even begin to describe how utterly disgusted at their services. I spoke to their Client Services Team Leader 13.04.2018 and he promised to treat my query as a matter of urgency but however this was not done. Today I receive the most barbaric call from one of your consultant who just hung up while I was repeating the same query I have been repeating for nearly 4 months now. These just *******ly debit your account without any consent from you as a customer. They cannot even give you the names of the people who dealt with your query as if the systems they use does not display that. I am very very disappointed that a billion rand company cannot listen to one stupid recording , it clearly shows they do not comply with the TCF rules!!!

JUST A BIG MONEY MAKING CORPORATE PRACTICING ********* BEHAVIOR , DISHONEST TO IT'S CUSTOMERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF WORKING FOR THEM!!!
