Cell C - ******.
I was called by a Cell C consultant informing me that I can take out a data contract with them at R299 for 20gigs day time and 20 gigs night time. It is a lie. I installed a app ZTElink to track the gigs I use. The data was used to quick, I assume I was not allocated 20 gigs. Then I got a sms on the app informing me that I was allocated 10gigs, confirming my assuption. I took a photo of the sms and saved it. I have sent them numerous emails to no avail, they do not resond. They send me a email asking me what to rate their service on a interaction that never took place. I am due for a upgrade in May, I will not upgrade. I will cancel my contract, they are a pathetic bunch of ****** with no after sales service. I receive many calls trying to sell contracts to me. Beware of Cell C, they are the worst of all the ******!

29 Mar 2018, 10:16I was contacted by a very competent person, he will get back to me today as he has to investigate my complaint. It is not to investigate my complaint, my complaint is very clear, I am supposed to get 20 gigs they only allocate 10 gigs. They are looking for loop holes, ways to get out of this. They think we are all stupid! Because we can't see data and how it is used, they think they can do as they please and rip us off. Unfortunately I have a application informing me how much data is used and how much is loaded and available. All these service providers are pretty useless and a *******, Cell C is the worst. I advise you not to take out a contract with Cell C as their service is also pathetic, they never get back to you. If this matter is not resolved promptly my relationship with Cell C is over. Please beware of Glocell one of their business partners, just as useless, even worse.
