Cell C ******

<p>i was hospitalised on the 18th July 2016 and didnt realise that i lost my sim card,when i got dischared i tried to do a swim swap but struggled with customer care for 2 weeks as i was requested to use a self service which i refused to use then finaly in August someone assisted me with the swim swap then i checked my balance which was 2009.00 i called cell c to ask about this and the transactions were sent to me which were ********** i did what cell c requested of me the proof that i was hospitalised and an affidavit end of August 2016 i was debited the 2009.00 and i paid it but end of August i was billed 3000 again which i refused to pay as now i had my sim and why it wasnt stopped and there staff ,loaded but cell c after logging several calls i was told there's no data to validate the case number ********** 179.Now im being threathened with escalation to the company's attorneys and being listed on ITC.I have had calls from people who promised to resolve my query but nothing to date.</p>
