Cell c *****ed system

The worst experience in my life. I cancelled a sim only deal, only for cell c to take money from my bank account. 3 weeks later and 20 calls othing happens. They say its resolved and then nothing happens. Promise to contact me regarding issue, not once in all the 20 times . I honestly believe that their structure is setup to frustrate clients so that you will give up on trying to get your money back. The worst experience i. My life by a million miles.
