Cell C *********!!!
In January 2022 i was due for an upgrade, a cell c consultant called me and we proceeded with the upgrade and i received the phone. In February i was debited twice, when i called cell c to enquire i discovered that the consultant who was assisting me **********ly opened 2 other lines n my account. They then asked me to forward them an affidavit, 3months bank statement and my ID they will do an investigation they will get back to me, no one contacted me, i am the one who has been doing follow ups and each time i am sent from Pilar to post, its only in August that they opened a case. Its November now, and they still have not reslved their mess, my number is still blocked n nothing has been done! They were quick to blacklist me and ruined my credit score but they are dragging their feet to fix their damn mess and clear my ****en name!

04 Nov 2022, 19:23Thank u Hello peter for this platform its only after i exposed them here that they took action. My line was opened today and i got the benefits for October however i am not satisfied because i was expecting to get all the benefit i payed for from February until now, its not my fault my number was blocked it was blocked becauseof the ******** that works for cell c. I payed for those benefits i am entitled to them as per contract,they were never allocated and i did not use them so i am entitled to them! My other issue is that they were quick to blacklist me for something that was not even my fault can they use the same speed to clear my damn ****en name n forward me the clearance letter! Im very disappointed on how they handled this matter and i would never recommend this ****ty cell c to my friends and family im disgusted and i will terminate my contract and migrate to other better networks! Can u be quick in clearing my name and sending that damn letter!!!

11 Nov 2022, 21:18Yhooooo 🙆♀️ can someone deliver me from this cell c nonsense! 1st they do ***** with my account and then give me a run around when they have to fix their mess until i approached hello peter action was taken. I had hopes this time around they will do the right things but noooo these fools dont know wat they are doing. They yold me their ***** department is dealing with the matter and yes someone called me and told me they have a refund for me, i then told them instead of paying me back that money they must re-direct that refund to the correct account. I thought i was in the same page with the stupid fool that called me on Wednesday but no, instead of re-directing the refund to the right account they decided to pay me back today, meaning they want to turn this thing around and say i did not pay them from January until now and that im in errors bcos they are protecting the ********* they employ! Can i please be delivered from their mess!!! I am a new home owner and i still have to buy furniture n stuff but i cant do that when they are messing my name like this! I have payed these ********** for years without any hustles but now they decide to do me like this? I am so ****en angry and disgusted! Can this be fixed ASAP before i take further steps. These ****** fools think they r cleaver! They want to **********ly keep me blacklisted for something i did not do. They shy away from dealing with the ********* they employ and they protect the at all cost even if it means messing with loyal payers lives. I intend to expose thee people in every media platform, i read their reviews and people are complaining about the same things! Guys be careful of these ****en dirty **********!
