Well we are trying to deal with state capture as Cell C unashamedly *****s from customers

How can you sell the product: Cell C Deluxe phone? This phone is not deluxe, it is a device of theft! As data is loaded so it is used. As you pay so Cell C *****. You remove harmful aps but more keep popping up. Useless ads such as Poker, bank ads, bitcoin ads and all sorts of dreadful games! I bought this theft device from Cell C in La Lucia and have taken it back three times but your staff do not even know what to do with it! I show it to all my friends and none of them can understand how such a device exists. How do you think you are going to get away with this crime Cell C?

Yes, I will happily give you the phone. If you can make any sense of it and prevent all the hacking it will be a miracle because none of your staff can sort it out. I have reported it to the CEO of Cell C, Mr Dos Santos.
