Cell C *********

I have cancelled my account with Cell C. I did it twice, cant remember the first person but second time I spoke to Denzalo at 084143, it was around the 24 September area 2015. My account should be dead! But they still deduct money... I am overseas so you wont be able to call me on my number, which is ***. I have been deducted for October and November and want my money back!!!
