Cell C crime profiter

on the 09/12/2018 My phone was ******. It had a contract simcard inside. I just called cell c to do a sim swap and i was informed I am going to be charged R54 for the sim swap. But why must I pay for a crime that has happened to me. I remember when I left telkom mobile they told me I am going to regret leaving because the devil I know it’s better than the one I don’t know. it’s not even a year I am regretting my choice. But I am going to spread the word if you are a victim of a crime cell C can’t wait to make profit out of your misfortune because to me that how it looks like. Cell C the crime profiteers. I can’t wait for the contracts to end so I can go back to Telkom mobile because I never came across such a thing over there.
