Siya at Cell C Cresta is the first person to make me write a review for over 10 years, the most pathetic, unreliable, untruthful, rude agent you can find.

Lost all my contacts, tried to con me and offered me R200 for my old phone privately. (He extended the cell c service in his private capacity) Surely you don't allow your employees to buy phones for them selves from the customers? As an elderly person I would warn as many people as possible to avoid this *****.

Today I called Cresta cell C for another query to blacklist a phone that was ****** and got Siya again. Firstly this pathetic excuse for a human being was rude again, unhelpful and on top of all that gave the incorrect EMEI number.

As a business owner I would be embarrassed to have him as an employee and would have gotten rid of this piece of **** a long time ago. He is such a poor reflection on the company.

Please Cell C... Dont employ ****s, ******* and people without integrity aka Siya at Cell C Cresta.
