CELL C CRESTA MALL

<p>I was very unhappy with the service from Cell C call centre</p> <p>we went for change of ownership for my contract</p> <p>I already pay for the contract each & every month an amount of R 396 is debited from my account so i fail to understand why the change was not successful. Instead NHLANHLA at call centre did his own thing as change my Mom's contract under my name after we gave him instructions on which number to do the change</p> <p>Now Cell C is unable to assist me with alot of things on my contract mind you i am paying from my pocket!</p> <p>This happened after we had spent 3hours at cresta mall just doing something so simple</p> <p>I am very annoyed with the service CELL C is giving me really!!! </p>
