Cell C Cresta
I went to cell c at cresta shopping center. Their time on the website shows closes at 18h00, the time table on the window shows closes at 18h00. I arrived there at 17h38 to find the doors closed. When I stood in front of the doors the personnel inside just looked at me and ignored me.
