Cell C - Credit report update

I had a Cell C Contract which was cancelled last year due to countless instances of poor customer service and difficulty getting hold of anyone. I have been trying tirelessly to have this contract updated on my Transunion Credit report as it still reflects as an open account but I cannot seem to get any assistance on the matter. The call centre doesn't even know what I am trying to request.
