Cell C credit report mess up

On 18 July 2022 i discovered that my Cell C account shows it is in arrears with R7000 on my credit report. This came as quite a shock to me because Cell C deducts via debit order every month from my bank account. The agent that assisted me assured me that the information on my credit report is incorrect and that my account is up to date, he said that Cell C will provide me with proof so my credit report can be ammended. The agent only sent me a statement which can not be accepted to ammend my credit report, on the 19th of July i received a notification that my account will be handed over to the legal department and feedback will be provided within 2 business days - Reference > *** After i received no phone call with feedback i contacted Cell C again on 26 July to find out if their is a resolution but the agent advised that the case is still active and their is no feedback. Cell C never contacted me as promised, i have to keep on phoning them only to find out i have to wait longer, this terrible customer service and this mess up from their side is effecting my credit score! This is a pathetic network provider who can only give empty promises - IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM CELL C THEN DO BECAUSE AS SOON AS THIS MESS IS SORTED I WILL BE MOVING TO ANOTHER PROVIDER !!!!!
