Cell C credit beauro messup

I had a Cell C contract which I stopped at the end of last year. It was payed up and then migrated to pay as you go.

I did a credit check earlier this month and it seems Cell C has repoted me to the credit beauro. I can now not get a new phone contract. I also can not get hold of anyone at Cell C as when I phone, it says that my number is not a cell C number.

When I go to a store, there is nothin under my ID number or name. I am unable to find anyone to sort this out. Terrible

Ok so now it has been a whole day and still nothing from Cell C.

In the mean time I have a bad credit review because you people can't do your jobs properly.

Cell C is the worst mobile network in the country. Despite being prompt in answering HelloPeter posts it seems like that is where it stops.

I will not recommend anyone to use Cell C and I completely understand why the company is in trouble financially
