Cell C credit

My name is sihle,i had a contract with cell c then i couldn't pay the amount that i was owing because i lost my job,on the 10 july 2020 i paid the amount in full that i was owing and they gave me the paid up letter but yesterday when i check my credit status it still showing that i owe Cell C
