CELL C **** SERVICE

I received a call last week Wednesday after applying for a phone with Cell C, the guy that assisted me told me that he would log it as urgent, the next day it was supposedly delivered, however wrong contact details were used and it was sent back, TODAY I AM TOLD that one phone will be delivered separately to the other, i don't get that because i was offered two phones at the time, now it will take up to 5-7 working days to receive the order, this truly makes no sense, every time i call the call centre, someone tells me something different, don't know what to believe, Cell C will take their own time to deliver, but are quick to deduct money from your account, pathetic service, I WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED, or its done!!!!!
