Cell C coverage a lie

Was promised that they will install an antenna at my house due to the poor service as a customer retention reason by Mervin Morris and it never materialized. Calling him back is as useless as their service as calls are ignored.

Now they want me to upgrade my contract but why would I if I get no decent coverage. The map indicates LTE /LTEA coverage but I am lucky to get 3G HSDPA.

Then I am told that the Huawei B315 is not an LTE device - funny only on their network as Rain and MTN gets LTE on that device.... In fact even huawei says its an LTE device.... I also have a B618 - an LTE-A device - and same poor speeds.

All My devices are LTE devices and yet the service is poor and Cell claims no issues.

We are gradually moving our 6 + numbers to other providers who are willing to give the service due to the issues here. Thank goodness for MNP.
