Cell C & Courier IT treating like a their toy

I am very upset with Cell C because of non delivery of the Phone I ordered, an upgrade. I am now at a mercy of Courier IT to deliver my phone, and they are not delivering. I have called both companies without success. I was told the phone will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday, and Courier IT came to house without notifying me, nor sending me a notification sms to led me know the parcel is out for delivery. Why are you not holding Courier IT to account.? Does the phone I order still exists? why are you using unreliable companies. I am extremely upset, I have been with Cell C for more than 10 year and ready to quit. If I don't get my phone today, I am done. my ID ***
