Cell c couldnt care less

Good Day Fellow South Africans...

I do not know what your experiences are or were with our so-called service providers in the last 2 to 3 years but i am convinced that they are just Providers.. without the service.

My Story goes back to about 2 years ..maybe more than 2 years. I was due for upgrade and was sold a package which i never agreed to... more than 10 times the charge of my package at the time. All the exact figures and time frames are all on email.

So obviously i tried to resolve when this became news to me.. a day later.. and it was said it was all resolved. Yet i was charged up to three times the premium at one stage as i had to reverse these paynents. One premium amounted to over 5500 if my memory serves me correctly. What choice did i have but to reverse as no one was resolving this.

Eventually they listened to the recordings.. and discovered i indeed did not agree to the mentioned package. Bit too late as they now had my account at useless MBD.

And the story goes on and on ... till i eventually get some proof of payment from Cell C.. had to pay something although they admitted it wasnt any fault of mine.

In the meantime i couldnt upgrade ..and had to buy a handset.. and no communication with MBD, as they are still harassing me with a bill although i have settled with Cell C.

Question: why cant Cell C resolve this with MBD as everyone knows MBD is useless. They were quick to send my account there..but cant resolve this unfair listing. AND because i have missed my upgrade due to cell c service and im due another now ... i feel it fair that i receive my handsets due to me. It has cost me endless headaches, money and time its the least that theycan do.
